Question #8:

Funerals-Why do people eat after a funeral and do you think that is rude to eat after a funeral?

I have never understood why after people leave the cemetery where who ever passed is buried to rest and then family, friends, relatives rush to the place where the re pass is and they eat like they have never eaten before, and they keep on eating till there is no more food.

I went to my uncle's funeral on June 5th,2009 he was buried at Burr Oaks Cemetery.

Does eating after a funeral symbolize anything?

Question #9:

am I right, or is HE??? boyfriend ?

my boyfriend has this odd idea that girls are supose to pay for everything themselves no matter what. they should buy their own things and buy their own food when they go on dates and go out to eat. see soemthing at a store and is expected to pay for it herself....that, being ME. his words just now are* you have some weird twisted way of thinking when you say i should have to pitch in and pay for anything that has to do with you!* i said no, i buy what i need, but most boyfriends are kind enough to buy something sweet for their gfs every once in awhile ya know! and thats how i was raised. the girl should never pay for her date. and its always nice when bfs do nice things like get their gf's little gifts!" but in my relationship. its backwards and ive had enough!* i am ALWAYS the one doing nice things for him. constantly. and he never put a thought into anything when it comes to me. only himself. he'd rather buy a 50.00 cologne for himself *everytime he sees a new one that he likes* and have no money left, then every once in awhile splurge a bit and do something suprising and nice for me. If ya'll got some words to say to HIM please them your comments here.. Thank you!
p.s. any boyfriends out there do special things for your gf's? like what??? how often??

Question #11:

How to force kids to eat burnt food?

I'm sick of these little shits not eating what I cook them. IF THEY DON'T WANT TO EAT IT, THEN THEY CAN GO WITHOUT. Or, as my question asks, how can I force them to eat it? I don't want to have to force the food into their mouths and then hold the nose and mouth shut until they swallow, but what is a slightly less abusive way to force them to eat what I cook? Please don't suggest that I don't burn the food, I don't have time to be Betty fucking Crocker. I'm a single mom with 3 shitty kids. Help!
"On the other hand, if you're trying to be an amusing troll, you are a complete failure." What does this mean? I've literally came across this about 300000 times on this site.

Have you though about the Bible being the best seller of all times?

Yet none of its writers (disciples) ever made a penny on it?

Do you wish to comment on this? Please no rude remarks, the Bible exists, was written by humans guided by the Holy Spirit and it is the book that has sold more copies in history.

Just a little food for thought
Timmy: why the envy towards me, just because God has given me wisdom. You should ask for some also and He will give it to you too. Sticks and stones can brake my bones, but words out of a fool's mouth can never hurt them. God bless you

Question #16:

Should my husband have Thanksgiving my house or my mother in laws?

I love my mother in law to death, She is WONDERFUL! She is the mother I dont have, and she has the BEST Thanksgiving dinner ever, I wish so much I could go to her house and have a wonderful family time with my kids BUT I can't, Let me explain... Every year we have the same dilema and my husband is pulled in every direction. We have been together 10 years now. #1 - I am HIGHLY allergic to Cats and my mother in law has them all over her house, The hair and dander and dust at her house makes me deathly ill with asthma and I Can Not Breath, I have went year after year and use to be able to sniff it out with god aweful allergies, and I did this in order to make my husband happy, but that was when she kept the cats confined in a back room at all times and they were not allowed to roam the house, She lives in the mountains and the alltidute is high so that makes it worse on me, I would usually stay sick a few days afterward but like I said I love my husband and want him to have the best thanksgiving with his family brothers, mom and dad etc and the huge layout my mother in law lays out I could never compair even if I tried, she has home baked everything, BUT NOW the last 3 years the situation IS gotten WORSE, she allows the cats all over now, so when I go I have to sit outside pretty much the entire time, play with the kids or read mostly by myself pretty much the whole entire time and but even though I still get sick because I go into use the bathroom to get food or help my son ect, everyone else is inside enjoying the fireplace, the pool table, watching football and having family times and I am stuck outside mostly with short inside intervals, so my husband is still miserable about me even when I am there cause he knows I am miserable. So last year I didnt go, and he went for most of the day, and on Christmas the same thing happened, as its about 2 hrs of driving there and back - I sat at home with my young child feeling sad. I dont have any family of my own, other than my 2 kids, 1 small 1 older I never have thanksgiving at my house because my mother in law has a lavish one and sometimes my daughter goes out of town with her boilogical father. So what do I do, sit home alone? My husband is pulled both ways, even though he wants to be with me he will go because he doesn't want to let his whole family down. I feel like a curse... I wish so much my mother in law would throw out those cats, wash her walls and rip out her carpet and I could join in and be apart of the family but that is not going to happen. The only option I have is to have my own thanksgiving but its just the few of us, and i would be estatic if my husband would be happy about spending time with me, but since its just the few of us, I am sure it would be quite boring compaired to his wonderful large family gathering which is what its really all about. I love going to my husbands cousins house, where his aunt is and cousins but he doesnt like to go there because he feels he is choosing his aunt over his mom and they are always in competition with eachother, and of course he wants to be with his own brothers mom and dad. :( This is the same situation at Christmas, Does anyone have any suggesstions?
I will let him go but I will be all alone and sad, and if I went to his cousins I still miss my husband, but if he doesnt go he will be miserable too, Its so unfair, Should I just be happy and let my son and husband go and stay home alone and just deal with it, its so unfair, any suggessions or advice appriciated.

Question #17:

Help me with my uncomfortable uncle?

I was in hospital a few weeks ago for an eating disorder and my favorite uncle in the world came to visit me. Immediately, he started asking questions about what they were feeding me, how much, what I had to do, he even said "yeah, you look so much thinner than the time I saw you last." He was talking about calories, and my weight and food- you're not supposed to do that! He made me really uncomfortable and now I have to see him again today. it's my grandmas birthday and we're going over for dinner at a different uncles house. I know he's going to stare at me and watch me eat and ask about how much i'm eating now and how i did with the dinner. How do i avoid this? I can't not go to the party, but I really don't want to be interrogated. It's tough enough dealing with it WITHOUT all the questions. He used to be my favorite, and now I just DREAD any contact with him. He hasn't done his research and that's what bothers me most. Help!

Question #18:

I really badly need everyone's help and ideas, please...?

Ok, so I'm Olivia's friend and I'm 13 years old. For my birthday I really badly want a dog of my own and have done for many years now. I know that my parents dislike small dogs that "yap" (I want a Yorkshire Terrier... oops!)

So, my whole family leaves the house at around 8 in the morning on weekdays and come back at around 4. My Dad takes our family dog to work with him every day and the lady who lives next to his work walks the dog and feeds him (food bought by us, of course)

So, I've been thinking and I want a dog so badly, and I probably wont get one... but, that's why I'm here! I need your help, if you can think of any solutions to this then please tell me. If you have no solutions and are just going to comment how unfair it is to leave a dog at home all day then I don't want to hear it, you can save it for someone who doesn't know that.

So, thanks for viewing this message, I hope that at least one of you has a respectable idea that you wouldn't mind sharing!

Thanks
xxx
