Is a guy not that interested when he doesn't call?

I've always heard that if a male were interested enough in a female he would make the effort to call her, or at least text her. He is a really friendly, funny guy who I doubt would get annoyed. I also don't doubt his interest in me haha because he seems really legitimate--all of his friends agree that he is genuine guy.

We have texted several times over the course of a few weeks. I met him on Halloween and I've seen him about four times between then and now. But he never asks me to meet up or anything, we just see each other there. He also never initiates a conversation--but he seems pleased to continue it despite that everyone knows he is a really bad texter. We have actually kissed before and cuddled. He has never tried anything sexual on me even though we slept in the same bed one evening at a party. He has told me to call him ..do you think he responds better to phone calls?

I know he works a lot, so I go long periods without contact because I'm afraid he's just too tired.

How come a man needs to have money in order to have a girlfriend or wife?

Men need money so that they can have a wife or a gf. but women don't need such a thing, they just have to be a woman and men will want them. But women being materialistic want only money, why?

Dont't you guys get what im saying here, it feels like that men are nothing without money. Like a woman would go and marry a ugly rich guy over a handsome man who has a average job (lets say teacher). Why are men so judged on their materials not themselves like men judge women, we judge women on how they look like, what type of person they are, ok i admit it we do judge on how educated they are and what sort of job they do, but its not like women do, women take jobs and money as number one when judging men.

Why so mean to us, women? All we want is you, but you seem to only want us because of the materials we have, not because we are good looking or kind, funny, nice person.

I know all women aren;t like this, but everywhere you read articles its like "women want rich men, men want beautiful women". And theres another one saying beautiful women want it all, they want good looks, good money, commitment, everything.

why can women just tell us how they work and what they want, and be a little less materialist.

Should I go visit my friends in America?

I live in Paris, France, and I love to visit America whenever I can. For the past year, I've been in touch with a guy my age (I'm 18) who lives in Florida. I met his friends thru video chatting and we've had long, extensive conversations about any topic you could think of. He's a college student in UF and lives in an apartment with 3 other guys (one of whom I've met).

Two months ago we were talking about one of us traveling to meet the other in person. He doesn't have a passport so we decided I went over there. I was questioning the whole thing, but after talking to my parents and having them approve, and the low flight costs and plus him agreeing to fully tender my needs and accommodation arrangements, I decided to book a flight.

Since that flight was booked, I've had ongoing thoughts and fears from going to a foreign country, to people whose lower limbs I haven't even seen ^^. I've been to A a couple of times, but it was with family, never alone. It's my first time traveling alone like this and I'm very scared of multiple possible occurrences. Moreover, I'm due to stay over for 1 month. The closer I get to that date my reservations are growing and my confidence ebbs.

I've been able to think of so many reasons why I DO want to go, but so many reasons why I shouldn't. Canceling the flight would cost me 150$, but would allow me to avoid possible fun, and possible disgrace.

About staying with them, I'm very VERY "don't enter my personal space" and I constantly need my corner to be alone in. I NEVER feel comfortable at other people's houses or even at hotels I feel really awkward. It's rather funny, writing this it seems appropriate that this should be my letter of concession to him ^^.

However, I've been dreaming about how good it could be. I've longed for visiting america, and plus on my own, that could really be a blast. I cannot think of why I would otherwise have reservations from doing this. I remember being completely flabbergasted by the abundance of prosperity in America when I first went there, I would really love to revisit those experiences with greater joy.

How do you feel about this? Would you go? (and I'm referring to the random person reading this, I just need a rational, non-biased opinion)

Hello. I am wondering why girls go after the guys who lie, cheat, and are complete assholes? I am 15 tall, slim, but not underweight or anything, and a sophomore in high school. It is a gloomy day here, and it was supposed to down pour with rain, but never did. The reason why I am sad is because my gf has gone with her dad to some thanksgiving thing, and I was fine with it. It's just I have nobody to hang out with, or talk to except my parentts, but they are busy. There are no friends in my neighbor hood, and it is already mid afternoon on Sunday here, and I got school tommrow, which sucks, but I got wed, thurs, fri, sat, and sun off, so thats cool.

I am just really sad because I can't see my gf, nobody to hang out with, and im isolated in my room, alone. Both my brothers are far away, and I can't see them/ talk to them.
