How should I work out?

So, I've got six months off school, and I've decided to work out. I really want a nice over-body. Not something extreme, just something nice to look at. At the moment I'm pretty average. No six-pack, no huge biceps or anything. I was just wondering how I should build up my body. And how it will be in six months of training.

I'm looking for the name of an old b&w film about a man who lost touch with his family for 20 years or so after suffering amnesia.

PLOT: A family man gets into a tussle with a hobo near some train tracks, whereupon he strikes his head and forgets who he is. Meanwhile, the one who robs him (either getting his watch or wallet) gets hit by a train and killed and thus is presumed to be to be the man with with amnesia. The amnesiac wonders around for about 20 years until finally his memory returns and he makes his way back home. He gets to his old front door around Christmas time and peeks into the front window, noticing his grown up children with wives and families of their own and his aged wife happily surrounded by an extended family. The man decides not to disrupt this family that has obviously moved on, letting them go on with their lives, as he saunters away in a light snowfall.

This movie is a real tearjerker that was once parodied on the 1970s series Soap, where Chester Tate loses his memory and wonders off, away from home.

Question #3:

lunging and disciplining horses?

what is lunging a horse mean? And i have a 13 year old mare who we bought that was broke to a saddle but not a bit a few years ago. She also likes to buck sometimes when I go to ride her because she's not able to do what she wants to. i reward her for good behavior with some treats. When I go to ride her all she wants to do is eat and when I move her where she doesn't want to go she bucks and sometimes rears. Is there a way to train her or 'discipline' her so that this doesn't become a bad habit? she's a decent riding horse, excepted for the rearing and bucking. We have learned to trust each other and we get along great except for this one thing.

I was also wondering how long leading/riding lessons should be a day? I usually lead her around and at least saddle her everyday for a maximum 20-30 minutes. I that too long or too short of time? I haven't been around horses long so idk what to do. And do you think I need to do more ground work with her? Any help with out stupid answers would be great.

Little background why dog hates girlfriend?

I have had my doberman for 2 years. He has always been aggressive by nature. My father trains hunting dogs. So I had him help me train Blue (my doberman). We worked on basic commands first took a few months but he was doing great. I have a nice house and I wanted him to able to guard it when I wasn't home. My dad used a bite suit and we worked on attacks commands very hard and also intruder attacks. We stopped before teaching him to bite without command because he was aggressive that I had to yell at the top of my lungs to get him to release or sometimes even grab him. He would get so in to it like a game for him. We spent about 3-4 hours a day 5-6 days a week for over a year working with him. Plus, he has had a tendency to release arm and go for the throat. So he will not bite unless I give him the command and he only listens to me. So to everyone that says I am not in control of him you be mistaken. I love my dog like a family member. He has never ran away from me I walk with him off leash no problems. In public as long as I am with him he is fine with people. Now in the house i a different story. I have 2 cats also that he thinks are his hahaha. When my girl friend comes over he gets tense and stairs straight at her and is so focused. I said before I can see his aggression building because that same stance he takes and the look is what he would do before I gave him his attack command. He will not growl or bark unless I tell him to. So she thinks he is just nervous because she is new and would put her hand out trying to get him to sniff it and he would just stare without moving his eyes. I wanted him to be like this and he is great with me. I even left him outside before by accident my phone was ringing and I though he came in behind me. About 20 minutes later I look outside and he is just still just standing at the door lol. How can I show him she is not a threat without having him think it is ok for strange people to be in the house. I can't leave he in the same room with him without me because he will attack no doubt. How would you fix this?
I wanted him to be an attack dog. He is great at that one command and the person is down no question. We actually worked with him in my house the intruder work. I watched him pull my dad in the window by his arm and just go after him. I promise anyone who tries to break in while I am not there will be there when I get home

Riding a professionally trained horse?

Ok I bought an Arabian mare who is basically professionally trained, I'm a good rider but I could use a few tips I love this mare to death and I want to do everything correctly. Could anyone give me some tips on doing reining and showing that well of a trained horse I've only rode her a few times but I don't want to ruin her.

Why is "Basic Training" different for Females than Males, but we hear it is exactly the same?

Except for classroom training and basic marching things everything is different. PFT's are much lower for women, even watches stood at night, have to have 2 females on them. I been there and done that so don't come back with "you don't know what you are talking about". Even important things like hand-to-hand combat, the women just slap each other around a little bit, the men beat the heck out of the other guy. If a man could only do the woman standards he would be laughed at and threw out of "Boot Camp". Make everything equal to mens standards and only maybe .5 % of females could hack it.

My daughter recently auditioned and was one of 67 out of 1000 children offered a slot for march, 2010 at swan/dolphin resort, audition / training event where supposedly many top film directors, agents etc will be there to scout out new talent. Cost is between $2000-$5000 plus hotel and travel expenses. They are called "The" ..... which is a very clever name because it is impossible to research on the internet??? I sense a scam..... not sure. Anyone attend one of their events or have info on them?

Should 10 year olds wear padded bras?

I have a little sister who is 10. She has absoululty NO boobs. She thinks she needs a padded bra. My mom bought her training bras, but that did NOT satisfy her. I see these padded bras at places like target and justice for girls like ages 8-11. I dont understand why parents would let them sexualise themselves this way at 10. I started wearing a padded bra when I was 13. Why do parents let them wear these padded bras when they are only like 10 and they are completely flat chested. My mom and I were wondering if maybe to satisfy my sister, buy her some padded ones. Should we do this? Remember, shes only 10 years old!!!!!!

Hello! I have just started my merchant navy training course here in the UK- in 3 years I will be (hopefully) a certified third mate and will hold an MCA certificate of competency.

As I've now started to become more interested in the water, I've naturally started looking at sail boats; I'd love to save up and go on some long cross-ocean cruises.

My question is regarding qualifications and experience. Will my merchant navy MCA certificate of competency cover me for pleasure sailing abroad, or do you have to have a sail-power specific ticket? I was thinking of doing the RYA competent crew course so I could learn about sail power, and then just reply upon my merchant navy training for the rest of the skills I'll need, such as chartwork. Is this a good idea?

Lastly, as I know nothing about sail boats at all, what about a yacht denotes whether it is capable of crossing open ocean rather than hugging the coast? I'm used to VLCC's!

Best breed for herding cows?

My father uses 2 GSD and a Rottie for the job in our farm. The GSDs are getting old and we need 2 new puppies to train to continue the job.

My father wants to go to Germany next week to get a Rottie and a GSD from the breeders we got the other dogs. We are quite impressed from our Rottie and of course from GSDs that my father had always and he trusts them.

I am wondering is there any other dog breed to do this kind of job? (we use 2 border collies for herding sheep but my father says the rottie can do better job.)
Welsh Corgis are too small I think. What about Australian Cattle Dog?? Any breeder in Europe?

He waited anxiously to see Bellatrix take down Molly, which he assumed would not be much longer. He already finished off Harry Potter, so they would just have to wipe out the others. Then they could be together at last.

Voldemort heard a knock on his door. “Come in” he said in an unusual soft voice, for he knew it was Bellatrix.

Bellatrix walked in and bowed low, as she always did. “My lord you sent for me”

Voldemort smiled, which was unusual. He stood up and walked over to Bellatrix. He put his finger under her chin and guided her to stand up straight.

“Bella” he said almost repeating her soft dreamy tone. “For years you have stood by my side, never left me, never denied me, you have done so much for me. You are my most faithful and loyal death eater… but I can not help but think…that we are meant to be something more”

Bellatrix’ eyes lit up, and her eyes filled with tears of excitement. She kept her mouth shut; so she could hear his sweet voice talk again.

“After all these years, I have grown a deep affection for you, Bella. But I have not spoken of it until now. This next battle in Hogwarts will be our last-- and after I defeat Harry Potter, the wizarding world will be mine. I will not need to guard myself as I have in the past. After this battle, you will no longer need to bow, and call me ‘My lord’. After all this is over, then we can be together”

Bellatrix smiled proudly and arrogantly.

Voldemort stepped closer to the only woman he would ever love. Voldemort got closer slowly, their lips touched. He felt a small electric like current run through him. He slowly kissed Bellatrix.

Voldemort’s stomach twisted in the best way possible and a tingly warm feeling spread through out his body, he never felt like this before.

Voldemort felt like his heart was hit, crushed-- a pain that he never felt before filled him. He realized his only love; his sweet Bella that captivated his mind for years was dead.

Voldemort was filled with rage, he screamed, and raised his wand-- that bitch was going to pay.

Just as he did, Harry Potter appeared back to life…

Voldemort felt a curse building up fast. He glared at Harry Potter. Voldemort had enough. He was doing this for Bella, for him…he raised his wand. “AVADA KEDAVRA!” Voldemort screamed. A green bolt flew out-- and everything went black.

Only those walls, those old walls, which looked into Voldemort’s study, knew what happened that night before the last battle at Hogwarts.

If they could talk they would tell the tale of how the infamous Lord Voldemort loved. But reality is walls don’t talk; so no one would ever find out what happened beyond that closed door
